What counts toward the allowance?
The length of the text you turn into audio, shown as roughly how much listening it makes. It starts again each calendar month.
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Paste a link or some text on Readcast and you get the same episode in the same feed. Connecting an assistant saves you the copying.
What happens to my episodes if I stop paying?
They stay in your library and feed on any plan. Your plan only limits how much new audio you can make each month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from billing management, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Email support@readcast.io. You can cancel at any time in billing management, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If the law gives you a right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days, as it does for most consumers in the UK and EU, that right applies too.
